I called Josh at 5:20 Friday evening and he was here and figured out the problem within 30 minutes and told me to call the electric company right then to get the transformer by the road looked at. My house was pushing 100 more volts then it was suppose to be. My house or the transformer had been hit by lightning the night before and the transformer needed to be looked at. The electric company came out and replaced the transformer and Josh was here first thing Saturday morning to get my unit up and running, even in the pouring rain. I give this company 10 stars for their quick response and complete professionalism and also for his thorough knowledge in his trade. Many companies claim to be the best and that their service techs are topnotch…in my experience that has not always been true. This company can definitely back up that claim! I won’t ever use anyone else and would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a hvac company to use.
